I highly recommend hooking up with Morph Kiteboarding. They have locations in Tulum, Xpu Ha, Playa, Etc. I was there for the second week of February. David, Jen and all their staff were extremely accomodating. They were professional and made the experience completely enjoyable.The location in Xpu Ha...
